PAYE TAX – Pay as you earn

Pay as you earn tax is deducted by Employers from wages paid to employees. This also includes National Insurance Contributions.

Employers have a legal responsibility to deduct Paye and National Insurance from any monies they pay to their employees. If they get it wrong they become liable to pay these amounts even if they have not made the deductions.

The payment of at least National Minimum Wage together with the correct payment of Holiday pay is monitored by HM Revenue & Customs and inspection visits to business premises are made to check Payroll records for their compliance.

We provide a comprehensive Payroll Service to ensure our clients meet their responsibilities
