First Contact

As with any of our clients, when we first start working together there will be introductory call with one of the team to understand exactly what you need and how we can best support you.

We will agree the services and put together a plan for how we can take everything over in the most efficient way.

Providing Your Documents

There are multiple ways that you can provide us with your documents. You can send them to us via email, scan them into an online repository such as Dropbox, send or drop the physical documents into your local office or in some circumstances we can arrange for them to be collected.

How often you send us your documents will depend on the frequency of the bookkeeping services that you require. 

Set Up Procedures

We set up proper accounting procedures and specific accounting controls so that your accounts are kept fully up to date with latest statutory regulations and market norms. 

We can also train you in keeping in line with proper documentation requirements and help you establish better business practices that fulfil legal accounting and bookkeeping requirements.

Bookkeeping Begins

We diligently prepare your books within time frame agreed. We can also offer a management accounts service for your internal business insight like cash flows, performance ratios, credit controls, budgets and profitability.

This can all be done using the software of your choice, or our team can make recommendations.

Your Review

Once your books are completed we give you access to them so that you can review everything.

We will also help you file these books and submit any accounts or returns which are due, depending on which other services you have contracted us to handle.
