[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Bailey Group Chartered Accountants has been awarded a grant from an innovative initiative set up by Durham County Council to improve energy efficiency across the region.
Durham County Council’s Business Energy Efficiency Project (BEEP) has awarded Bailey Group Chartered Accountants over £9,000 to help them improve energy efficiency at their Sedgefield practice.
In total the Bailey Group spent more than £20,000 on new equipment with BEEP providing 40% of the total cost.
The new equipment has meant that the Bailey Group have seen a 70 per cent saving, going from 11260w to 3405w.
The new energy efficient investment includes a new server, seven computers and three laptops as well as new updated security measures to help improve IT infrastructure.
This is the latest in a number of new improvements made this year by the Bailey Group, including rebranding, which has so far totalled £75,000.
