For the final day of National Apprenticeship Week, Bailey Group Chartered Accountants are excited to announce the release of our new graduate and school leaver programmes with start dates this September.

Bailey Group is powered by our people, so we believe that supporting students through their training is strengthening our company’s foundation. The success of our students is pivotal to the success of our organisation.

Bailey Group’ Graduate and School Leaver Programmes have been designed to nurture and grow talented individuals and give them an opportunity to experience a wide variety of roles within the Bailey Group and develop their professional career whilst studying a professional qualification.

You will receive hands-on training and support from our learning and development team and your assigned practice manager.

You will be given the opportunity to work on our wide variety of clients across multiple industries throughout the UK and have exposure to multiple types of engagement such as: Accounts preparation, Audit, Taxation and Bookkeeping.

Our programme will develop ambitious, talented individuals and assist them in reaching their full potential, working towards a full-time employment position at the end of the programme.

There are opportunities for those finishing university, A-Levels as well as GCSE’s.

As a school leaver you will start with a Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeship depending on expierence to give you the initial understanding of the various aspects of accounting before you will then move onto qualifying as a chartered accountant!

As a graduate you will be studying a Level 7 Professional Accountancy Apprenticeship which upon completion you will qualify as a chartered accountant!
