Bailey Group Staff Success

The Bailey Group are celebrating recent success after two team members have successfully completed their courses.

Congratulations to both Warren Rowbotham and Andrew Prest who have passed their AAT level 3 diploma.

Warren, 34 and Andrew, 39, have only recently joined the Bailey Group.

They began studying at Hartlepool College, where they completed their level 3 AAT after 18 months.

Before joining the Bailey Group Warren decided to change his career, so he went on to study City and Guilds computerised accounts, this was the beginning of his pathway to study accountancy. On completion he went on to do his level 3 AAT.

Andrew has been training over a 5-year period. He has volunteered in the Oxfam Finance Department where he gained some experience in the accounting world.

From thoroughly enjoying his course he is very motivated to keep moving forward.

Andrew said, ‘It has all been worth it as I am now in a job I love with the prospect of progression’.

Consequently, from passing their level 3 AAT course both Warren and Andrew have said whilst working for the Bailey Group they want to further their careers by moving onto Level 4 AAT and will look eventually to do their ACCA.

Chris Bailey CEO of the Bailey Group said: “We are delighted that Andrew and Warren have both completed their first level of training, investing in our staff is really important to us at the Bailey Group, so it’s fantastic to see two members of staff doing so well.”
